This group is for members no longer able to walk briskly or too far.  We meet on the 1st Friday of each month at the bottom of Quay Lane Sudbury and depart at 10.30am prompt for a 90 minute walk across the Meadows or suitable footpaths if conditions are poor. 

You can just turn up. Please note we do NOT walk in the pouring rain, but we can have coffee instead!
