The next standard walk is on Monday 8th June to be led by Sarah. This is a linear walk from Lavenham to Long Melford. Meet at 9.30 at the Old School car park in Long Melford CO10 9DX; a  donation will be required. We will then catch the 9.50 bus from opposite the Bull Hotel.

The walk back to Long Melford is approximately 4.7 miles along footpaths, field edges and through woods; there is a short section along a minor road on the outskirts of Lavenham and a crossing of the Long Melford by-pass. It is generally level with no stiles.
